This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. We only recruit our participants while they are in the 9th grade and are attending one of the four participating schools. Do not let this opportunity pass you by, make sure you know when the applications will be available by speaking to your counselor.
Applications will be available during the month of February and can be obtained from your counselor or downloaded here. Your counselor will also advise you of your school’s nomination process and timeline.
A list of Aaron Price Fellows currently attending your school can be obtained from your Counseling Office at one of our participating schools. Please take the time to ask them about their experiences in the program.
Qualifications
- Good academic standing
- Good attendance
- Availability of time on selected evenings, weekends and one week during the summer.
- Interest in government, the arts, business and community activities.
- Desire to explore future educational and career opportunities.
- Openness to friendships with individuals of different ethnicities, cultures and points of view.
- Willingness to maintain an open mind.
